7 Ply Corrugated Boxes

Seven ply is triple wall — three flutes and four liners, the heaviest corrugated construction we make. It exists for loads that would crush a lighter carton: machinery, industrial equipment, and export consignments that will be handled repeatedly and stored in conditions nobody controls.

Exporters specify this grade where a case has to survive handling a lighter box would not. We build each one to the dimensions of the machine or assembly going into it, at our Kolkata works. Tell us the weight and how the consignment will travel, and we will work back to the structure.
